  • Jonathan Walker

    President

    Jonathan is the Retail Sales Manager and an Assistant Vice President at First Citizens Bank in Spartanburg. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from USC, an MBA in International Business from Gardner Webb, and is a graduate of the SC Banker's Association Program. A Spartanburg native, Jonathan is involved with the Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis, and has been an adjunct professor of Finance at USC Upstate. He has a wonderful daughter named Kamryn.

  • MelissaAnne Cunningham (Mac) Sereque

    Vice President

    MelissaAnne is the President and Owner of Motivation & Achievement Concepts, Inc., a career development company. She has a BS in Exercise Science and an MBA in International Finance. Her previous careers included management in a Fortune 500 staffing company, specialized corporate trainings, public accounting, sales, and non-profit management. She also serves as an adjunct professor at the USC Upstate Johnson College of Business & Economics, specializing in HR Management, Organizational Management, and Innovation. A Spartanburg native, she now resides in Boiling Springs with her husband, David, and stepdaughters, Eden and Eva.

    Secretary

    Rodney is an engineer at AT&T with 35 years of service. During his time with Southern Bell/Bellsouth/AT&T, he has been involved with Telephone Pioneers, a non-profit organization that has supported various agencies/events such as Ronald McDonald House, Children's Shelter, and Special Olympics. He has been involved in either the planning, decorating, ticket sales, fund-raising, or participation for many nonprofits. Giving back to the community, helping those in need, and educating people for a quality life are high priorities for Rodney.

  • Meredith Hardwicke Jensen

    Treasurer

    Meredith is the Copywriter for Launch Something, a creative agency in downtown Spartanburg. She is a Spartanburg native, and earned her BFA in Creative and Professional Writing from Converse College in 2005. Her writing has appeared in Edible Upcountry, the Spartanburg Herald-Journal, Spartanburg Magazine, and various advertisements, marketing collaterals, and websites.

  • Tom Barnet

    Tom is a former teacher and business executive who has served on the board of Piedmont Care since 1998. He is involved in numerous community projects, and serves on the Spartanburg Behavioral Health Task Force (Chair), the United Way Association of South Carolina, and the Heart Center Advisory Board at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System.

  • Kristi Ward

    Kristi is the Financial Analyst for the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System Foundation. She is a recent graduate of the United Way Nonprofit Fellowes Class of 2014 and served on the United Way Community Impact Council for three years. She previously held the positions of Vice President and President of the PFLAG Spartanburg Board of Directors.

    Bonnie is recognized as the founder of Piedmont Care. Her tireless efforts with SC DHEC helped secure the first Ryan White program. Without her leadership, foresight, and compassion, Piedmont Care would not exist to bring essential HIV and AIDS services to our community.

  • Salley Kellos

    Salley, originally from Atlanta, has lived in the Upstate for over 8 years. Her career has spanned over 40 years in marketing and sales. She participates in various business groups in both the Spartanburg and Greenville areas. She ran a small business while in Atlanta which has helped her understand the challenges facing today's business owner. She works closely with key decision makers and spheres of influence in the Upstate. Her business style is very hands on with a consultative approach. She is highly organized with strong time management skills and believes Piedmont Care would benefit from her experience.  

  • Trey Evans

    Trey was born and raised in Spartanburg County, and is a proud Broome Centurion and graduate of Limestone College with degree in Computer Science and Information Systems. He is currently finishing a second degree through Limestone's Extended Campus program in Healthcare Administration. An advocate and supporter of Piedmont Care for a number of years, Trey previously served on the Piedmont Care Board of Directors for two years before relocating to Mississippi. Last November, after being away for almost eighteen months, he and his spouse were fortunate to be able to move back home to Spartanburg, a community which they both love and missed very much.

  • Tomeka Pierce

    Tomeka has a true passion for serving and volunteering in the Spartanburg community. She currently serves as the Customer Service Manager for AFL, where she has worked for the past 10 years and was awarded the 2012 President's Award for her contributions. Tomeka has served on the advisory board of United Way of the Piedmont Young Leaders for three terms, including stints as board chair, volunteer chair and marketing chair. In 2012, she was awarded the Walter S. Montgomery, Sr. Award for Young Leadership by the United Way of the Piedmont. Additionally, she also serves as a member of Junior League of Spartanburg and Spartanburg Young Professionals.

  • Tracy Regan

    Tracy is the President of More Than Tile, Inc., a business she founded in 1998. She is an advocate for women's rights and human rights through participation in Business and Professional Women (BPW). Additionally, Tracy serves as a member of the Session at Unity Presbyterian Church where she oversees Stewardship and the Family Life Center.
