    Tracey L. Jackson

    Executive Director

    Tracey has a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of South Carolina and Clemson University. She received her BA in Political Science from the University of South Carolina Upstate. She is a graduate of the Management Academy of Public Health at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and Furman University's Connections: Women Leaders of the Upstate. She completed the Excellence in Nonprofit Leadership and Management certificate program with The Learning Institute for Nonprofit Organizations. She is the first Executive Director of Piedmont Care and has been with the organization since 1998. Among her many awards are the 2015 Distinguished Alumna of the Year from the University of South Carolina Upstate, the 2013 Outstanding Career Achievements Award from South Carolina Business & Professional Women, the 2012 GSA Business Health Care Hero of the Year (professional), and the 1999 Alma and T.R. Garrison Professional Health Person of the Year.

    Lennel joined our team in July 2017. She received her Masters of Health Administration from Saint Louis University in 2013, and obtained her BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College. Her background is in specialty pharmaceuticals and mental health.

    Trista holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from USC Upstate, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Human Services degree with a concentration in Public Health. She was previously employed with the Charles Lea Center.

    Amy joined Piedmont Care as a Case Manager in November 2016. She has as Masters in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. She received her BA in Sociology and Women’s Studies at the University of North Carolina in Asheville. Amy has been previously employed in various healthcare settings and community based non-profits, and is a Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager. She serves on the NASW Board of Directors as a Western Unit Chair.

    Theresa earned her BS in Social Psychology from Park University in Missouri. She was formerly employed with Priorities ABA, where she worked with autistic children, and the United Sates Marine Corps.

    Noelle earned her BA in Social Work from Columbia College in South Carolina. She brings 23 years of social work experience to her position. Prior to joining Piedmont Care, she was a medical social worker with hospice.

    Tanna has a BA in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma and also studied Women's Studies and Social Work. She has worked in social work and advocacy since 2003 and previously worked in homelessness services in Oklahoma City.
